About the Role:

The Marketing Analyst is a data-driven marketer who thrives on uncovering insights to drive explosive growth for our company. You'll be a master of analyzing and testing every touchpoint within the customer journey, from initial ad exposure to post-purchase upsells. Working hand-in-hand with creative copywriters, you'll leverage data to make informed decisions and craft compelling marketing strategies that reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), maximize average order value (AOV), and ultimately scale our products.

Responsibilities:

Vertical Expertise & Data Deep Dive:

Become an expert in your assigned product category. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demographics to build a data-driven understanding of your unique selling points and target audience.Data-Driven Full-Funnel Optimization:

Employ your analytical prowess to dissect every stage of the sales funnel for your vertical. Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise insights to inform and guide cross-functional teams. Partner with copywriters to incorporate qualitative and psychological insights into data-driven strategies, creating a multi-dimensional approach to customer engagement.Offer Strategy:

Craft compelling offers and USP's, and develop data-driven recommendations for acquisition strategy.Landing Page Optimization:

Conduct A/B testing informed by data analysis. Work with copywriters to test compelling messaging. Work with XD designers to test design elements (layout, CTAs etc.) to improve user experience and conversion rates.Upsell & Post-Purchase Flows:

Analyze customer behavior data to design and test targeted upsell offers and post-purchase automation sequences that increase average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).Continuous Learning & Improvement:

Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and implementing best practices in e-commerce marketing, marketing automation, and data analytics specific to your assigned vertical. Track and measure the success of implemented changes through ongoing data analysis, adapting strategies based on new insights.Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or sales, with a demonstrably strong background in data analytics and a proven track record of using data to drive successful marketing strategies.Expertise in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and experience with data visualization tools.Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and funnel optimization principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights and work collaboratively with copywriters to integrate qualitative and psychological factors.Proficient in project management tools and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.A passion for leveraging data to unlock marketing potential.
