As a Senior Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring all lead generation campaigns to drive new customer prospect (hunter) leads into the pipeline. In this role, you are involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis and will work with the Marketing and Sales team to build compelling campaigns. You will report directly to the Marketing Associate Director, and work from your remote home office. Currently focusing on candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones. Key Responsibilities: + Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns in a mix of channels to gain Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). + Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message. + Develop programs to nurture and accelerate leads in pipeline for our 'hunter' sales team. + Works closely with segment marketing managers and sales leadership to establish the new customer acquisition marketing plan, campaign priorities and relevant tactics. + Develop marketing plans informed by a deep understanding of assigned market segment and actively monitor, communicate, and act upon changes relevant to customer and competition. + Proactively address sales and revenue variances for markets assigned - both short and projected long-term. + Proactively identify and champion new campaign opportunities. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field or equivalent. + 5+ year's marketing experience focusing on demand generation. + Competence with marketing to professionals in a B2B environment. + Experience with: Eloqua, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and position products to optimize revenue potential. + Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a positive and supportive manner. + Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals without conflict. + Creative, flexible, and inquisitive with strong initiative and self-motivation. + Excellent follow through, attention to details and time management skills. + #LI-Remote Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package that begins your first day of employment.
