We're seeking a

Sr. Marketing Automation Strategist

to join our client's Marketing Automation team.

In this role, you'll help us fuel their customer flywheel by delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and building automated programs to nurture and retain customers. You'll help implement and scale the Braze database, including IP warming, system documentation, and creating templates to scale the campaign operations. This role will lead the buildout of email and in-app notification programs in Braze to help drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

As a

Sr. Marketing Automation Strategist , you'll partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, customer success, and operations to maximize the customer lifecycle initiatives and help stand up their end-to-end customer nurture strategy across email, in-app messages, and push notifications. You'll use your analytical skills to define operational processes and implement technical solutions in Braze.

Responsibilities:

Execute on all global email campaigns, nurture programs, in-app messages, content cards, and push notifications in Braze, including segmentation, HTML & Liquid scripting, testing, deployment, and continuous optimizationManage the customer database, ensuring data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, and troubleshooting any data issues between Braze and other systemsCollaborate with the Customer Experience Marketing team on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies to maximize activation, engagement and retention across the entire customer journeyDevelop reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on marketing campaign strategiesProvide input on campaign and program improvement, analyze email/in-app message performance, and provide testing recommendationsProvide input on the data ingestion into Braze to ensure we are setting up the system in a way that is operational for complex targeting in marketing campaignsAct as the subject matter expert on Braze and teach other team members best practicesRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable work experience5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS capacity, ideally in marketing automation/operationsExpert-level experience in Braze, including familiarity with SDK setup and implementation supportExperience building omnichannel campaigns and canvasses across email, in-app, push notifications, and content cardsExperience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendationsA critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-orientedFamiliarity with editing and optimizing HTML, CSS, and Liquid
