The successful candidate will be a direct response expert, embodying the company's core values of challenging conventions, championing customers, and being a cheerleader for the team. This role is pivotal in the care and service of both teammates and customers, with a focus on creating and executing major marketing campaigns to enhance lead quality and conversion. The VP will be responsible for the short and long-term financial product strategy, leading marketing and customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing, particularly in the mortgage sector with an emphasis on originations and customer retention. Applicants for the VP, Customer Marketing Strategy position at the company should have a BA/BS in business or marketing (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years experience in marketing strategy, with a minimum of 5 years in driving marketing or sales leads and/or e-commerce revenue. The role requires a proven track record in deploying successful marketing strategies and tactics, as well as a deep understanding of customer research, segmentation, and the latest digital marketing intelligence tools.
