The Opportunity:
Rising Realty Partners is seeking a college Junior or Senior to fill the role of Marketing and Business Development Intern for the spring semester. This opportunity provides hands-on, in-house experience in commercial real estate marketing and business development operations. The role will join our marketing team and report directly to the Director of Marketing and Client Relations. If you're passionate about market research, social media, and marketing analytics-this is the perfect role for you!
The Role's Responsibilities:Learn the process for marketing and developing lines of business in the CRE industryAssist with the development, writing, and operation of social media and long-form marketing contentTracking, reporting, and providing insights and recommendationsConduct marketing analyses to assist in planning effortsAssist in the production of written, video, and photo contentConduct market research to aid in business development effortsManage and maintain a variety of files/reportsLearn common marketing and business development platforms such as Hubspot, WordPress, Squarespace, CoStar, Google Analytics, and moreSpecial projects as assignedDuration of Position:
This is a temporary position, with potential for extension. We expect our interns to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM-6 PM either remotely or in the office. 1 day per week in our Los Angeles HQ is
strongly
preferred.

Strong work ethicProficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Graphic Design Tools (Canva and/or Adobe Suite), Social Media Platforms for BusinessStrong copywriting and copy-editing skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsCreative and critical thinker who brings innovative ideasPrevious internship or full-time experience preferred
