Job Description The analytics professional in this role will be an integral part of the Consumer and Business Banking group, focusing on Product and Marketing strategies. The individual will evaluate key performance indicators like customer acquisition, engagement, and retention to gauge marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Through in-depth analysis, the professional will extract insights on customer behaviors and preferences to identify key marketing strategies and areas of enhancement, driving product performance and customer interaction. Additionally, the role engages in broader banking analytics projects involving managing large datasets, performing rigorous analysis, and delivering actional insights across products. The professional will draw from numerous data sources, identify trends, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. A pivotal part of the role includes presenting findings in a digestible format, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions and monitor the outcomes of strategies. This professional is required to ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
