Drive the full year paid media budget and forecasting in partnership with our media agency, Head of Sales and CMO to reach our traffic and sales goalsBrief and oversee the development of media plans and custom media packages with related KPIsUnderstand and help drive sophisticated multi-touch analytics and reporting capabilities to measure progress towards QSV,LTV:CAC, ROAS goalsOperational Excellence:

Serve as the main POC with our media agency and ensure we are tracking to budget, optimizing buys and plans as needed.Manage media project timelines aligned to internal schedules, ensuring campaign delivery on time and in fullFacilitate key meetings with media agency, Brand marketing and DTC for campaign review and analysisCollaborate with Brand Marketing and DTC teams to ensure campaign deliverable lists and content meet standards and needs of the teamPartner with our media agency on reporting, analytics and best practices for future campaignsUnderstanding of current consumer privacy practices, 1P dataMay be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
