Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to assist in our law firm's marketing initiatives. Positive, collaborative, compassionate, and professional interpersonal skills are essential requirements for marketing our firm. As the Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for completing tasks that will assist in executing the tactical plan for our firm's marketing initiatives. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing:

Assist with website content management, content creation in line with our branding, email campaigns, and updating our professional online profiles, such as Google My Business. Assist in gathering analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement of our marketing efforts.• Content:

Edit/deploy compelling and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, based on Management's direction.• Events and Sponsorships:

Assist with planning and coordinating, set up and take down, for events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase the firm's visibility and strengthen professional relationships.• Client Referral Contact:

Assist with reaching out to current or past clients and referrals to gather information, surveys, etc, to gather data needed.• Collecting and Reporting:

Collect data from various campaigns and reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).Gather information needed for any internal or external marketing meetings. Update dashboards and numbers where needed.• Website maintenance and expansion:

Update website, including but not limited to existing content revision, SEO content addition, backlink health and expansion, firm growth accommodation on existing pages, etc. Expand website as needed for continued or new firm initiatives and marketing efforts, including but not limited to additional landing pages, additional brand initiatives, etc.• Vendors:

Work with vendors to produce content on a timely basis and within budget based on the set marketing plan and schedule.• Policies, Systems, and Procedures (PSPs):

Memorialize/maintain PSPs for the Marketing Division and marketing team members regarding all efforts herein in order to create a well-oiled Automatic Marketing Machine.

Qualifications

•Minimum 2 years experience in marketing. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a strong role, assisting a marketing function, including attributes like attention to detail and project management.•Ability to execute tasks effectively and timely based on the marketing schedule.•Proficiency with using technology tools in marketing management and execution, including CRMs•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Conditional formatting, etc.), Power Point, Word, etc.•Passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices in legal marketing•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, inspire and build relationships across different internal departments and with external partners and vendors•Ability to lead by example, exhibiting our firm core values and putting them into practice
