Main Purpose of the Role
The Marketing intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of Bioventus, a medical device company, while gaining hands-on work experience in a corporate setting during this paid internship. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for the marketing teams to collaborate and execute Marketing initiatives and programs. Ability and motivation to work both independently and as part of a team are necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities:Partner with Product Managers to support the creation of marketing materials and training.Research what's happening in the industry and with competitors and share insights with the team.Manage administrative items for marketing team: calendar, supplies, surveys, shipping.Learn and develop skills related to Marketing.Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Rising junior or senior enrolled in an accredited school pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Must be in good academic standing.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteVerbal and written communication skillsIndependent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant directionBig picture orientation with attention to detailStrong organizational, analytical and communication skillsBig picture orientation with attention to detailStrong organizational, analytical and communication skills
