summary POSITION: GSP Marketing Assistant DURATION: 11 Months with possibility of permanent placement PAY RATE: $23.00 hour with resume submission & confirmed experience HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm OVERVIEW: As the Marketing Assistant in GSP you will work with the latest irrigation control technologies and a broad team of engineers, resolving technical challenges and providing superior customer service. In this position, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment gaining valuable technical and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong desire to learn new skills. POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant will support the GSP team by proactively marketing the benefits of Service to Customers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Renew Service Plans in liaison with Distributors and end users. Process orders received through online and email channels. Proactively communicate with Customers to maintain a high on time renewal rate. Manage recurring billings in liaison with Customer Service Assist with order billing and establishing buying agreements and GSP contracts. Coordinate with customer service to process manual billings and credits. Provide support for order inquiries through phone and email communication with customers. Provide monthly reporting to management. Provide parts, availability, shipping, and pricing info to customers. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
