Media Monitoring Analyst (Weekends + 1 Week Day)Employment Type: Full TimeDate Posted: 8/26/2024Location: RemotePay Range: NegotiableJob Number: JO-2408-2479Primary FunctionThis role is a full time position working weekend hours + 1 week day only *Our clients Media Monitoring team is a center of excellence (COE) within the CAO division and is responsible for risk monitoring and business intelligence reporting for the bank and financial industry-related topics, trends and insights in social and traditional media that impact our brand and business.We are looking for a full-time Media Monitoring Analyst to join the EMM team to support the growing demand across many lines of business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesActively monitor key themes, trends and emerging topicsResearch and escalate risk related topics to issue ownersWork business partners across the enterprise to understand business issues and prioritiesWork as part of a larger team in collaborative processes to create deliverablesPrepare deep-dive analysis of discussion around topics, products and business lines as assignedRecognize and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in tools, data, analyticsProduce metrics from tools, and export data when necessary to create additional visualizations of dataAdhere to departmental processes and guidelines, standards and quality assurance routinesConnect key insights to business outcomes during the analytic processWork closely with internal business clients and our outside partnersSkills & QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience using media monitoring software platformsUnderstanding of the macro social media environment and industryExperience with data verification, quality control and analyticsAttention to detail and ability to analyze data at a tactical quantitative and strategic qualitative levelAbility to synthesize data into meaningful business insights and present to internal audiencesAbility to construct complex queries using Boolean logic to maximize results in different toolsAbility to work closely with internal business partners to explain the impact of data and findingsAbility to handle multiple types of reports with tight deadlines and large amounts of dataMicrosoft Office productivity tools and ability to produce professional quality level reports and presentationsResearch background and experience with a brand, agency, or vendorEducation & ExperienceStrong experience in monitoring tools, such as Brandwatch, Cision, or TalkwalkerStrong analytic background and business acumenAbility to present findings in form of a polished deliverable with actionable insights and supporting factsFinancial services industry background a plusTo ApplyUse the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
