Job Description
You will:
Create graphics and videos for print and digital use adhering to brand guidelines
Flyers for events
Social Media graphics and videos
Digital ads
Create and drive recruitment content strategy and calendar that supports all communication platforms and is tailored to meet the needs of the talent acquisition team
Live by, and contribute to, functional best practices working collaboratively with the branding and communications teams
Gain a better understanding of the agriculture industry, the company as a whole, and the talent acquisition department through job shadowing
Qualifications:Qualifications
High school diploma
Currently enrolled in a bachelors program in marketing, graphic design, digital design, fine arts or other related major or focus
Samples of graphic design work or a portfolio required
Excellent communication skills -The ability to communicate information well (both written and spoken)
Desired Skills
Curious - Not afraid to ask bold questions and have an eagerness to learn
Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create new designs for graphics
