Job description Location: Remote (MUST be in Eastern or Central Time Zones) Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist who excels in storytelling, SEO, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand’s mission. While demand generation experience is a plus, the primary focus will be on creating and distributing engaging content campaigns across various channels to build brand awareness and support our marketing initiatives. The position requires an operational understanding of Hubspot. Key Responsibilities: Content Campaign Execution: Write, edit, and produce various types of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, email campaigns, videos, social media posts, and more. Content Distribution: Ensure content is effectively distributed across relevant channels (blog, social media, email, etc.) to maximize engagement and reach. Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance using analytics tools to measure success (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize future content efforts. Hubspot Operational Management: A deep working level knowledge of Hubspot, from planning and execution to segmentation and workflow experience automation. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with TrustLayer’s brand and business objectives. SEO and Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create customer-centric content that supports product launches, sales enablement, and customer retention. Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content and communications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Exceptional writing, editing, production, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate expertise. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools (Linkgraph, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics). Experience with marketing ops and content management systems (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach, Strapi/ Headless CRMs a plus). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust content strategies accordingly. Creative thinker who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content. A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with demand generation campaigns. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and personalized content strategies.
