Position Summary

SoundOff Signal is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies. Your primary objectives will include enhancing our online visibility, driving audience interaction, raising product awareness, boosting website traffic and generating leads for both SoundOff Signal® and mpower® Silicone Lighting. You will play a pivotal role in crafting, assessing and refining our social media initiatives while collaborating closely with Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, Sales teams and other departments to ensure cohesive brand representation and content development.

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Demonstrate SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.Oversee the implementation and execution of strategic social initiatives and marketing campaigns while maintaining unified brand voices across our social media channels.Manage the planning process and ongoing monthly social content calendars for all relevant social media channels.Create efficient processes and demonstrate effective project management to drive execution of initiatives.Create actionable plans to grow our platforms.Design various digital assets in multiple formats for publication across social media platforms, including posts, ads, stories, reels and videos.Engage and respond to customer comments and messages across all social channels in a timely manner.Track and analyze competitor channels and activities on social media, providing insightful reports as required to enhance our social media strategies.Oversee the mpower ambassador program by identifying potential influencers and organizing their deliverables.Seek out curated content from our community enthusiasts and like-minded vehicle brands.Collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders to collect, organize information, gather photos and videos for content development.Proactively recognize popular themes that our target audiences engage with and develop a content strategy accordingly.Present analytics and provide insights with actionable next steps.Coordinate marketing agency projects aimed at supporting social media initiatives.Stay informed of social media marketing trends and social channel capabilities and how to best maximize customer engagement and growth.Additional responsibilities may involve assisting the marketing team as necessary.Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Adobe Creative Suite experienceProven experience building and managing social media strategies and engagement for a large organization.Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Proficient in using social media management tools, (ie: Hootsuite)Experience with project management tools and task automation (ie: Jira a plus)Good understanding or knowledge of SEO, social media, analytics, and reporting to inform strategyA creative mind with keen attention to detailStrong knowledge of social media best practices and content specificationsExperience with paid social media advertising desirablePhysical/Mental/Sensory Requirements

(Education, Experience, and Certification)

Bachelor's degree in social media, marketing, communications, or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience directly managing social media engagement and growth (B2B experience preferred)

Salary Description

$80,000-$105,000 annually based on experience
