We are expanding Eugias capabilities to include the manufacture of highly complex injectables to answer that need.Eugia is the partner of choice to deliver on the promise of generic specialty pharmaceuticals.Job Overview:The Senior Marketing Analyst is a valued member of our Marketing Operations Team and collaborates to develop data driven insights to support strategic and tactic decision making. This role will take the lead on collection, interpretation and integration of all aspects of data sources to drive financial performanceThis is a hands-on role that leads the translation of a variety of data into meaningful opportunities, provides insights based on a deep knowledge of brands, sales, market environment and evolving health care systems. This role contributes to the improvement of operational metrics (revenue, utilization, client satisfaction and opportunity pipeline) through the execution and development of operational processes.This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations. This role is located onsite in East Windsor New Jersey with one (1) day a week remote.Responsibilities:Provide insights and analytics support for marketing and sales area within the acute and non-acute categories which may include product information, market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, sales, data, pricing, or other data needed to make data-informed decisions in support of growing business and meeting financial forecastsIdentify critical business drivers / opportunities and develop recommendations to guide strategyDesign and run:

Management and KPI reports to support operations, sales, and business leadershipAd-hoc analysis to answer key questions from leadership, sales, marketingReports to model future performance based on historical data, i.e. market pricing, share analysis, etc.

Perform analysis and develop insights based on various market dynamics, including Health System impact, market access influence and other market playersConduct deep dives on specific topics within product areas to find root causes, identify opportunities and define solutionsContribute to the improvement of operational metrics (revenue, utilization, client satisfaction and opportunity pipeline) through the execution and development of operational processesConduct reporting in Excel and business analysis tools such as PowerBIExecute operational initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, or infrastructure projectsPartner with external organizations including consultants, data providers and information technology partnersGenerate local market insights to inform commercial strategy, planned tactics and executionPartner with Marketing and Sales to plan and execute key initiatives based on insights and recommendationsCollaborate with other insights & analytics functions to align on strategy, share insights and learn from best practicesIdentifying business needs proactively and lead the day-to-day relationship and projects with sales leadership and brand teams.Conducting objective secondary data analysis and communicate insight story of synthesizing different sources and types of dataPartner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to support business planning processProvide strategic guidance to support existing products and key new product launchesThis is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, or requirements associated with the role. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed as assigned with or without notice.Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Teams and Power BI preferredPharmaceutical analytics and/or consulting experience is strongly preferredExperience with pharmaceutical data, chargeback data is preferredComfort operating in a fast-paced, environment, with a focus on delivering high quality analytics, insights, and reportsInnate intellectual curiosity, demonstrated desire to take initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problemsProject management, quantitative analysis skills requiredEffectively work in a regulated industryEligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorshipEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business. Master's degree is preferred3-5 years insights and analytics experience; 2+ years advanced analytics and data visualization skillsPrior generic pharmaceutical experience a plusPhysical Requirements:OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Light to moderate lifting is required Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
