The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Director of B2B Marketing will lead the strategic planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Director will drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program to corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.

Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging multiple channels including email, digital advertising, content marketing, events, and direct sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, sponsors, agencies, and internal teams.

Oversee the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of the hospitality program.

Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive lead generation and conversion.

Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B marketing team.

Represent the B2B marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the hospitality program.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

You Have These:

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.

Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience with data analytics tools and CRM systems.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$175,000 annually
