Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with the CMO, VP, or Director of Marketing to perform customer and cohort trend analysis, as well as optimizing Growth Marketing media mix and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Growth Marketing media mix and budget optimization to maximize return on investment.Conduct detailed ecommerce marketing data analysis, focusing on metrics such as AOV, CAC, and LTV.Utilize advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate data for in-depth analysis.Leverage Business Intelligence tools to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.Use Excel for data analysis, modeling, and visualization to support marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in marketing strategies and tactics.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in data analytics is a plus.Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the e-commerce industry.Expertise in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization techniques.Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing metrics and analytics.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
