Position Summary: As a Product Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our product marketing activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, sales, and data analytics, to ensure the efficient execution of product marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our product marketing strategies. In this role you will . 1. Process Optimization: Streamline and improve existing product marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Content Standardization: Create templates for GTM planning and marketing collateral, including marketing requirement documents, product sheets, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content. 3. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and track product marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget . 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional planning forums to ensure alignment on product marketing strategies and initiatives. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on key product marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of marketing efforts. Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. 6. Budget Management: Assist in managing the product marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 7. Tools and Systems: Manage and utilize Product Marketing tools to improve campaign performance and data analysis.
