DIGITAL CONTENT PROJECT MANAGER - US-BASED, PACIFIC TIME ZONE at System One in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description DIGITAL CONTENT PROJECT MANAGER - US-BASED, PACIFIC TIME ZONE Employment Type: Full Time Date Posted: 3/15/2024 Location: Remote Job Number: JO-2403-2363 Pay Range: Negotiable Primary Function This role delivers compelling and informative content, develops and curates event media, owns on-the-ground and day of show event media strategy, specifically focused on needs of BU's, social, and performs onsite captures for US-based and global events. The person in this role serves as a vital member on a team that is a communicator between the internal Event CoE, individual stakeholders, developers and SMEs, internal brand production studios, external agencies, and event teams. Serve as the team's content capture expert, staying in tune with platform trends, upholding design and content standards, and ensuring flawless execution during rehearsals, events, and live productions. - RANGE: $110k - $140k Duties & Responsibilities + Assisting in establishing streaming platforms, content capture needs - responsible for building the pre, during and post attendee journey, digital production strategy and budget that is inclusive and aligns across the larger team + Partner across other key functional areas (Sales, Content, Demos, Marketing, Strategy, Keynote, Comms and Brand) is imperative to ensure every event detail runs smoothly and cohesively + Partners closely with .com, digital marketing and brand teams on the creative direction and assets, then executes against said direction with agency partners + Facilitate client discovery meetings, manage production and post schedules, project deadlines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief + Manage pre-production, post-production, and content delivery, for key assignments including asset management, archiving, and/or publishing + Develop positive working relationships with project stakeholders and colleagues + Create and deliver clear and accurate scopes, schedules, and rundowns for projects + Keep up with social platform and event trends, and share findings with the team + Provide suggestions on creative content, collaborating with stakeholders and production team + Make decisions regarding the production of projects based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring quality control and consistency on final project + Create timely and accurate tracking and data-driven upstream reporting; develop data analysis to track, compare & contrast event efforts for continued plan improvements and enhancements + Offer creative solutions and operational efficiencies where applicable + Work in the most proactive, creative, and professional manner to provide the highest level of service to stakeholders + Travel domestically ( + Special projects and other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications + Leadership initiative, energy, and enthusiasm for the industry + High level of sense of urgency; Actively listens to others and acts upon information gained + Innovative and appreciation for developing authentic content; a strong sense of timing, intention, tone and how this impacts messaging + Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills + Able to take complex issues and make them simple to understand + Cutting edge command of modern digital video production, equipment, and processes + Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, and related editing tools for photo and video + Strong understanding of all other roles within the larger event team (marketing, social, sales, comms, and content); deliver on the digital strategy holistically with the ability to foreshadow challenges and requirements ahead of launch + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people in a corporate environment, including execs, crew, clients, and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships + Fully capable of accurate time and resource budgeting, assigning effective and efficient resources for various project types + Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and effectively with solutions-oriented approach + Ability to give thoughtful and balanced creative direction + Performs well under pressure. Flexible, open to changing priorities, and capable to managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. Education & Experience + 10 years production experience, preferably in an agency or large-scale event environment + 7+ years relevant digital and social experience. Ideal candidate is digitally literate and possess significant knowledge of content, technology, operations, social media channels, web applications, streaming platforms and analytics and related technologies. + Samples of high-level client work (portfolio, reel, website) available for review and discussion + Direct experience with F100 tech companies and stakeholders is preferred + Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Design or similar is preferred To Apply Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
