Blown Film Extruder Operators
for their state-of-the-art multi-layer blown film extrusion department.
Job Qualifications:High School diploma/GED requiredProficient in the English languateMinimum 2-3yrs related operator experience operating Blown Film Extruder MachinesJob Responsibilities:
Unloads and processes plastic coils or reels from extrusion linesDetermines between good product and scrap by interpreting basic test results using visual work instructionFollow 5s standards for storage and labeling of conforming, non-conforming, and scrap product in all stages of the manufacturing processEnsure product quality by conducting inspections as required with the use of micrometers, calipers, microscope, and comparatorPerform additional product tests, which may include use of water and burst test equipmentMonitors line supply systems to ensure packaging for continuous production
