Duties and Responsibilities

Translate and distill technical information to create clean, clear, and concise graphics, videos, interactive media, and podcasts, to improve the adoption of modern technology capabilities and support organizational change management

Capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating, and inserting static and motion graphics, adding music/voice-over

Ensure that all digital media follows PCG visual brand standards

Define standards, style, and best practices with regard to content creation, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, SEO, accessibility, and publishing to maximize the impact

Plan, organize and execute webinars and live-streamed events to enhance attendee experience and consumption of content

Lead and manage A/V for live in-person events, including post-event production

Design and build Sharepoint sites to support communication of projects and content

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals

Work cross-functionally with SMEs in the Strategy, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Intelligence, Infrastructure, and IT Operations Teams

Work with Corp Tech’s Communications Manager to create compelling video content and graphics for email campaigns to capture the attention of our audience

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in producing digital media

Ability to plan, create, and publish/distribute multiple video projects simultaneously

Experience with audio production tools (e.g., Audacity, Riverside, Adobe Audition)

Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Firsthand experience with tools like Camtasia, Articulate, and Adobe Creative Cloud

Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Meticulous, and able to think and produce digital content in context with the target audience

Initiative-taking and effective in a fluid environment

Creative and innovative thinker

Able to work independently, as part of a team, and cross-functionally to establish product deliverables

Experience in developing tutorials and educational content

Experience working with technical and content writers is a plus

Ability to tell a story

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience

Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably related to technology. Must have at least 2+ years of experience developing, designing, and delivering digital content. Must be able to manage own time and sensitive to others' time.

Remote:

This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company’s success. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must:

be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties

Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc.

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000-$78,000

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
