As a Senior Marketing Analyst

at West Shore Home®,

you will contribute to this mission by utilizing a high degree of critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive improvements through rigorous testing and analysis in various departments within Marketing. You will report directly to Manager of Marketing Data and Analytics.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

responsible for facilitating tests, tracking results, and providing detailed analysis for marketing source groups, including but not limited to TV, Digital Media, and Search.Demonstrates ability to critically analyze marketing situations and partner with channel owners to develop solutions through scientific testing and analysis.Communicate performance results and actionable next steps to stakeholders across differing functional areas and levels of seniority.Completely understand the Marketing funnel, from inquiry generated through installed job, and identify potential concerns and opportunities for improvement through structured testing.Assesses Marketing performance across multiple channels and multiple metrics such as cost, volume, and efficiency.What It Takes to Succeed

3+ years of experience in data analysisMasters degree is preferred but not requiredBackground in Economics or Statistics preferredExperience using Sequel is required, PowerBI and Python are preferredMust have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.Excellent data analysis & reporting skillsExperience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.We Invest in YOU

The actual rate is based on each candidate's skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a hourly, non-exempt position that is compliant with overtime laws within the applicable state laws.
