Full Stack Software Engineer - UI Focused

We are a mission-driven startup using AI to improve the quality of medical care. Our full team consists of 30 friendly, collaborative, and positive people working remotely - including an engineering and R&D team of ~5 people. This position will report directly to one of the MD/PhD co-founders and include many opportunities for fast-paced experiences with the potential for rapid advancement.
We serve hundreds of organizations across the US where we help significantly reduce documentation time and optimize CPT coding while minimizing compliance risks. We do this by helping write the notes in real-time for providers while providing coding and compliance guidance. We also read 100% of all historically written notes to provide compliance and coding insights to practice management. We grew by 6x last year and are on track to grow 3x this year.
We are beginning to scale rapidly our user base and are building tools to support them. This involves our dashboard analytics, platform administration, product onboarding, and more. We have no shortage of interesting problems to solve and we are looking for a senior engineer who would like to tackle them with us.

We are looking for a full stack engineer who will be UI and product focused:
Build out features end-to-end with a focus on user needAbility to design user interfaces to support needed business logicBuild out related backend servicesScope, plan, and deliver on complex projects with minimal directionLearn and adapt quicklyCollaborate with a team of individuals with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $125K-$200K
