The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the social media content calendar in partnership with agency partner and corporate social strategist.
Primary Responsibilities:Provide video production and photography duties supporting digital storytelling, and short-form and long-form campaign-able digital video that connects with our guestsAct as a subject matter expert in Dash Hudson and Brandfolder platformsIn partnership with key marketing leadership, review performance of social media activities against established KPIs and provides recommendationsNext Level Duties

Leveraging Dash Hudson and Brandfolder platforms for social media schedulingResident photographer and videographer for CamelbackCan augment via existing freelance relationships when neededCurates content that may not only be used for social media but used for direct channels and digital marketing activitiesLeads/participates in social media brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideasManages workflow with marketing leadership to verify all content is on-strategy and within budgetManage and ensure all timelines are metMust Have Personal Qualifications:
5+ years graphic design experienceBachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, or related fieldCompelling portfolio that demonstrates innovative design and/or interactive experienceWorking knowledge within the Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesignKnowledge of layout, color theory & typographyWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photography & Videography is a plusSelf-starter, maximizes time wellComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWorks well in a collaborative, 'one team' environment and has personal accountability/impactStrong communications skills (written and verbal)
