Marketing Communications Specialist for the Americas

and help us leverage customer insights to amplify Marketing's impact on sustainable growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to propel Hempel's growth journey by creating and executing impactful campaigns, launching new solutions, and developing customer-centric marketing assets.

What to look forward to in this role:Collaborating daily with global marketing teams and agencies to develop engaging content to develop/implement impactful campaigns.Enhancing regional Hempel websites by planning and executing digital content.Supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing communication programs, brand management initiatives, and product launches.Managing the content calendar for our social media channels.Assisting in the execution of trade shows and events across the region.Providing comprehensive analytical reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you will need to:

Develop impactful marketing communication strategies based on customer and market insights.Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Solution Management, etc.) to create effective commercial activities.Demonstrate clear and engaging presentation skills.Work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and ownership.Be a team player with strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical, flexible approach.Have excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Qualifications:

A university degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business administration, or a related technical field.3-5 years of experience in marketing communications within a B2B environment.Proficiency in CMS systems, and Google Analytics.Familiarity with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.Demonstrated success in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.Strong writing and editing skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus) with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
