Onsite 5 days a week6 month Contract to HireJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting our e-commerce site and related applications. This is an onsite position based in Nashville, TN.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and troubleshoot the organizations e-commerce website and related applications.Collaborate across departments to identify and understand new development needs.Plan and execute website and application development projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and timelines.Oversee the implementation of websites and applications, integrating with our content management system.Troubleshoot and resolve site and application issues, recommending preventive measures.Work with security and compliance teams to ensure site security.Provide on-call support as needed to meet service level agreements.Stay current with emerging technology and best practices in website and application development.Offer guidance and training to junior web development staff.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:

4-5+ years in web development with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and JavaScript.Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Technical Skills:.NET Framework/CoreC#Entity FrameworkWeb APIJavaScript (including frameworks such as Knockout/Durandal and Angular)Git, Gulp, and NPMSQL DatabasesSEOTDD and testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, Jasmine, and KarmaHTML, XML, Java, and CSSOther Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to scope, schedule, cost, and quality specificationsPreferred Qualifications:Technical certifications or higher-level training in relevant areas.Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale websites and applications.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Interview Process:Onsite interview with President, IT Team, and HR Director.Possible preliminary call with outsourced IT.Background and Drug Test:A background check and drug test are required for this position.
