Responsibilities:
Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners and COE team leadershipDesigns visually stunning property marketing materials, including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient mannerCreates impactful and memorable logos and brand styles that effectively represent the essence of the property and conveys a strong visual identityResponsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlinesDemonstrates a strategic mindset in developing designs and materials that align with marketing objectivesOversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as neededDeeply understand the creative process and demonstrate an efficient and effective workflowPresents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative choicesProvide best practices, stay abreast of design trends, and encourage creativity on the Graphic Design teamQualifications:
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in professional services graphic design.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environmentA creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environmentStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral and long format design

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
