POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Marketing Technology will be responsible for the management and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManage all marketing technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data analytics tools, segmentation tools, and back-end reporting for various systems. Utilize tools to implement and track marketing campaigns, monitor member behavior, and drive improvement in key performance metrics such as profitability and retention. Support the implementation and integration of new marketing technology solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.Serve as the marketing data expert. Work closely with key partners across Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to define KPIs, establish performance measurement frameworks, and track ROI. Be a strategic partner to all business leaders for data requests, including defining needs, selection and retrieval, analysis, validation, and instruction. Requires a deep understanding of data to train leaders on what is being presented.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Create and execute impactful digital marketing lifecycle programs and promotional campaigns.Implement innovative strategies and continuous optimization to ensure that digital channels drive membership and engagement goals. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns and tactics based on data-driven insights and learnings.Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and analytics, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.Support other marketing efforts and Credit Union special events as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Three to five years of similar or related experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and public speaking.Strong technical, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner.Ability to collaborate, engage, and work well in a team environment.Must have excellent resource management and time management skills.Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
