EVEXIAS is seeking dynamic Marketing Interns to join our fast-paced team at the forefront of integrative and anti-aging medicine. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and loves to blend creativity with execution.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with the Marketing team, learning how we promote our campaigns, research, programs, and initiatives aimed at optimizing health for everyone. You will collaborate with various teams across the Marketing and technology department, contributing to our overall success through diverse marketing strategies and tactics, including media outreach, research, and administrative support.

EVEXIAS has multiple marketing internship opportunities available. Each intern will gain focus in one of three areas but have the opportunity to grow and learn in each area during his/her tenure.

15-week Internship Experience: September 9 through December 20Working Hours: Flexible to your school schedule, Monday through Friday on-site in Southlake, TXMandatory Fridays for Training Events will end approximately 9:00pm: 9/27/2024, 11/1/2024, 12/6/2024Mandatory Saturdays required for Training Events: 9/28/2024, 11/2/2024, 12/7/2024Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activitiesGain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the marketing industryAssistance with Resume BuildingFree HeadshotStipend of $3000.00 upon the completion of Internship

Responsibilities
Event Planning and Management:• Support coordination and labor of a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops• Support management of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management• Support development of compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations• Support help desk for events, calendar management, and FAQs
Public Relations:• Assist with media outreach and relationship-building• Develop and distribute press releases and media pitches as needed• Monitor media coverage and track media mentions• Support development of coordinating social media plan• SEO and link building-including pitching for link-building opportunities
Digital Marketing:• Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website)• Assist with content creation and distribution• Support inquiries on digital assets from the field teams• Support EVEXIAS platforms built on WordPress
Qualifications
• Current Student enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
