As a Studio Manager, you'll ensure every detail is handled with care. You'll celebrate milestones with our members, from their 20th class to their 65th birthday, and drive the team to surpass sales goals. You'll be the person who fixes issues promptly and makes every member feel at home.

Studio Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinating and executing initial and ongoing studio marketing and outreach events (pre-sales events, studio events, social media, etc.)Managing overall studio operationsLeading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIsInterviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associatesCreating and managing work schedules for the sales teamExhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanorHandling member's concerns in a professional and objective mannerShowing passion for health and wellness in the communityLeading by example as a team playerAre you Qualified?
Minimum 2 years of management experienceAssociate or bachelor's degree in business or related fieldWilling and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededExperience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva, etc. (preferred)Position Type:

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
