POSITION SUMMARY

The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Marketing Data Coordinator shall ensure that marketing regulations are adhered to and campaigns are correct within CMP.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.Guest relations as it involves interacting with guests during deployment of special events and promotions.Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, decor and selection of prize-winners.Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as decor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.Working as event staff to setup events, administer contesting, issue prizing and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.Coordination of property activation events with player's club personnel and or any promotional agencies.Responsible for planning, communicating and implementing procedures for the overall efficient operation of areas of responsibilities.Oversees data entry for all marketing related aspects of CMP and ensure that setup aligns with marketing goals, plans and objectives.Daily management of CMP functionality in support of marketing campaigns.Setup and deploy CMP promotions accurately and in a timely manner.Perform CMP checks and balances ensuring proper system operations.Within CMP design, build, audit and execute marketing campaigns to specifications within expected timeframes.Collaborate with internal marketing team members and external agencies, where appropriate, to ensure consistent and synchronized delivery.Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino procedures, policies and marketing plans.Produce various oral and written reports as requested.Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.Responsible for collecting and reporting marketing related data.Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships._Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform assigned duties in an interruptive setting.

Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Must be able to work in a gaming environment with exposure to bright/flashing lights, crowds and above average noise levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience/Education:

4-year degree in a related field or equivalent technical work experience preferred.

Casino experience preferred.

Knowledge:

CMP knowledge preferred Other:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.Must complete all required company training.
