About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY

The Slate Enrollment Analyst - Marketing Operations will support marketing processes within the university's instances of Slate, the university's comprehensive system for admissions and enrollment management. The Slate Enrollment Analyst will provide support and creative problem solving to ensure that the university's outreach to prospective and admitted students support the future vision of Northeastern's enrollment management, providing a best-in-class applicant and user experience.

The Slate Enrollment Analyst will work with key stakeholders to understand the business needs of those areas. They will work with graduate and/or undergraduate marketing and marketing operations teams to implement and maintain marketing processes to attract students to the university's wide array of programs. They will have a deep understanding of the enrollment marketing efforts as well as the capabilities of Slate to optimize the university's enrollment process.

As an administrator of the university's Slate instance, the Slate Enrollment Analyst will be a key problem solver, working to maintain a complex and varied enrollment process supporting applicants enrolling in a broad set of programs with unique enrollment needs. Within Slate, they will be working with all aspects of the system to support the enrollment goals of their partners, including events, interviews, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, application communications, the file evaluation and reader process, and others as needed.

The Slate Enrollment Analyst will serve on the university's Slate team, which will support all enrollment processes that work with Slate. This team will help to ensure the university's needs are met by evaluating and updating implemented processes and working to onboard additional admissions processes that are added to the updated technology stack. The Slate team will interact with various teams across Enrollment Management and the University as a whole, including but not limited to, recruitment teams, college success, project management, data analytics, information technology services, and global campus partners.

The role requires a cross-functional and high-level oversight of enhancements to existing - and new - functionality. The Slate Enrollment Analyst will create new product initiatives that support the overall enrollment goals of the university and move the institution forward in achieving its aspirations in the areas of lifelong learning, personalized educational experiences, and customized learning journeys.

Functional

Support key system users and offices to ensure that all processes are functioning correctly. Support Quality Control efforts of admissions processes. Manage system access for stakeholder users.

Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with a functional team to maintain and develop solutions to complex problems in Slate, and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team. Maintain and enhance various aspects of the Slate system including events, communications, file evaluation, and others.

Strategic

Build a deep understanding of our existing admissions processes and procedures. Meet with system stakeholders to establish system expectations and document requirements.

Establish and implement processes within Slate to effectively meet program requirements and ensure the most streamlined and efficient processes to support all avenues of enrollment to the university.

Operational

Serve on the Slate Team, supporting all enrollment processes managed by Slate. Manage documentation of processes and system updates to ensure system documentation remains relevant and up to date.

Working with subject matter experts across Enrollment Management, including teams focusing in college success, data analytics, marketing, and recruitment, provide expertise in Slate's functionality and opportunities to further enhance enrollment processes. Establish a unified approach to enrollment that can be applied as a solution to all enrollment streams.
