Marketing Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Marketing Analyst on behalf of our client in Independence, Kentucky. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the Membership department by gathering and analyzing data to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and interpret membership and organizational data to identify trends and key metrics. Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management:
Prioritize and schedule department projects in line with business goals and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with IT, Fundraising, and other teams to enhance productivity, efficiency, and departmental effectiveness. Provide business process testing and recommend improvements.
System Analysis:
Analyze department systems, including SharePoint, CRM, Convention Web Application, and Membership Database. Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline processes.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and address process bottlenecks, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency. Maintain and develop reporting tools for ongoing data analysis and modeling.
Specialized Knowledge:
Act as the subject matter expert in areas such as convention registration, credentials, and roll call voting. Provide "on-call" application support as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; a background in Direct Marketing or Direct Mail is preferred.
Experience:
At least two years of experience in Direct Marketing or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills.
Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of Direct Marketing and Digital Campaigns.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to various audiences.
Effective interpersonal skills, including active listening and responsiveness.
Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with event planning platforms and an understanding of the business implications of system development and maintenance issues
