Marketing Specialist

Title: Marketing AnalystPay Rate: $20.00/hrLocation: Detroit, MIThe Social Media Community Management Specialist will help manage and maintain our client's social media channels. Reporting to the Social Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for night and weekend community management of the client's social media properties, including social care, brand engagement, campaign support, and risk mitigation. Ideal candidates for this role must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail and risk oriented, communicate efficiently, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Position Qualifications:

1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, PR, social media, or customer care

An understanding of social media issues and risks, with strong judgment skills to escalate concerns to management

Experience in trendspotting, identifying key themes driving social conversation

Ability to manage tactical projects independently and demonstrate self-initiative

Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Outlook

Strong oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience with Sprinklr preferred

In-depth experience in social media, with social media listening skills highly preferred

Knowledge of financial services business and/or the automotive industry preferred

A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, English, Business or other related field preferred
