The ideal candidate executes creative strategy given by the Creative Manager and senior creative team members. This entry-level multidisciplinary design position will focus primarily on digital design projects, but will occasionally assist in print and collateral design as needed.

Foundational understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects)Foundational understanding of creative best practices, digital design best practices, and current industry trends.Strong grasp of the Principals of Design.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work under pressure.Must be comfortable taking art-direction, communicating with internal clients, and working under tight timelines.Self-starter attitude and motivated to grow.Strong communication skills.Basic understanding of animation also required.Video editing or copywriting skills a plus.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES :
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferredProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Expert in the Adobe Suite
