We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest and YouTube advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social first performance marketing strategies across Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.●

Bring creativity, fresh thinking and new ideas to deliver successful paid social results and a clear road-map for the future●

Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies.●

Accountable for project timelines and budget pacing●

Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.●

Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.●

Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.●

Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.●

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.●

Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.●

Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.●

Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.●

Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities.RequirementsPreferred and Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.●

4+ years of experience in a performance marketing and/or social media buying role, with a focus on Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube advertising preferred (Agency experience is a plus).●

1+ years of hands-on experience working in self-service capacity within social platforms●

Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns.●

Experience with campaign optimization strategies such as A/B testing, audience targeting, bid management, and creative best practices●

Proficiency in using ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics●

Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.●

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.●

Strong communication and presentation skills.●
