What we are looking for?

The Director, US CAMZYOS Professional Marketing will be a commercial leader and an accomplished marketer with a proven track record of building high performing teams, developing talent, and driving commercial success. We are looking for a dynamic, performance-driven leader who cultivates a team-based, collaborative, customer/externally focused environment which embraces inclusion, promotes candor, innovation, and appropriate risk taking.

CAMZYOS represents a revolution in the treatment of obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (oHCM) and bringing relief from the burden of this debilitating and potentially fatal disease to patients and families, as the first targeted medicine for people with oHCM.

What are the primary responsibilities?

The Director, Professional Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the professional marketing strategy, initiatives, and messaging for the growth brand CAMZYOS as well as help to position for potential new indications

Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans

Work with CAMZYOS brand team on day-to-day management of agencies on assigned projects to ensure impact against strategy and project timelines are met

Develop and encourage innovative strategies to maximize market development/brand objectives

Establish and implement key metrics to track and communicate value/impact of market development/brand initiatives to stakeholders

Embrace NCM and enable the full capabilities of NCM throughout execution

Lead development and execution of the US CAMZYOS marketing strategy and tactics across market development/brand efforts

Oversee the development of professional promotional (branded and disease awareness) materials; ensures alignment of market development/brand positioning, messaging and objectives

Oversee the development of digital, social medial and non-personal promotion materials; ensures alignment of market development/brand positioning, messaging and objectives

Work closely with field customer facing commercial teams (regional marketing, sales and other matrix) to ensure marketing programs that are developed strongly support their needs with customers

Lead the development of promotional education programs including oversight of speakers and speaker training

Oversee development of messaging market research, and other strategic research projects, and develop specific insights in order to inform strategy

Manage a team of 4 marketers and additional possible intern or preceptor staff, including coaching, objective setting, and development planning

Work closely with WW counterparts to ensure alignment with global brand strategy

This role will report into the ED, US CAMZYOS Brand Lead

Qualifications and Experiences desired for this role:

MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.

8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience and leadership experience; Prior sales, sales management, or regional leadership preferred

Exceptional marketing, analytics, insights and problem-solving capability

Strong enterprise mindset and proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization

Proven ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports is highly desired

Knowledge and experience in navigating the US regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice.

Individual should have established breadth and depth across marketing competencies, BMS values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.

Understanding of the broader cardiovascular marketplace across the care continuum is preferred but not mandatory.

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and handle complexity

Ability to operate under pressure
