Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in W. Des Moines, IA.
Responsibilities:Oversee and participate in the collection, management, and dissemination of internal & external data to support Marketing campaign & database initiativesExtract and combine data from disparate data sourcesCreate, manage, and audit audience lists and segments for email, direct mail, call, event, and advertising campaignsGather requirements and selection criteria, and where appropriate make recommendations on targeted audience segmentsEnsure all campaign lists are compliant with the applicable marketing preferences & restrictions of each distribution partnerCollaborate with Marketing Automation team on CRM campaign set up & managementDevelop expertise in Athene's Marketing data and systemsMaintain detailed documentation for all processes, including management of a marketing data dictionaryStrong understanding of data governance to ensure best practices are followed relating to business intelligence deployment, delivery, and security
Requirements:Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or Business) or equivalent plus five years relevant experience requiredExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsREQUIRED: Experience with relational databases with ability to merge and analyze data from various sources and of differing formatsREQUIRED: Data mining experience in coding SQL with a minimum of 3 years using analytical toolsNICE TO HAVE: Experience creating reports in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketing Cloud)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously and deliver solutions on timeDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
