UX Research Analyst

Stuller is actively seeking a UX Research Analyst to support our growing web development team and emerging UX-driven design process. The UX Research Analyst will work directly with the UI/UX Director and collaborate with stakeholders to support all aspects of research including generating data, gathering feedback, analyzing and documenting findings, and developing actionable insights.
What youll be doing:
Help identify, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and drive design improvementsSetup, collect, and analyze user behavior through analytics, online experiments (A/B testing), and heatmap trackingAssist in creating user personas, shopping scenarios, and journey maps to help drive designsHelp conduct field studies, user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysesPrepare and deliver concise creative and impactful reports to members of the development team and other stakeholders within the organization

Aptitude for managing and analyzing dataGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsBe a strategic thinker, intellectually curious, and constantly seeking improvementsCan prioritize time between multiple data-dense projects
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degreeor Certificationin User Experience (UX)A minimum of 1 year of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to visualize and present research data simply and clearly
