To achieve our vision, we are searching for

Art Teachers

with a

Bachelor's degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and mastery of visual arts.

Responsibilities:Execute a vision of excellence in visual arts, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity in all studentsBuild a classroom culture that fosters students' genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our familiesAssist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as neededUse data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievementDevelop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growthCollaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educatorLead a strong after-school art program that furthers students' passion and skill setJoin our purpose-driven community

The start date for this role is July 22, 2024.

The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $94,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching art in schools and internal equity.
