Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibilities include working with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Brand Managers to execute a variety of marketing initiatives. Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms for multiple brands. Qualified candidates should be self-starters, able to work both independently and in teams, and willing to take on new projects. They must possess excellent organizational skills, creative problem solving skills and be an excellent time-manager. This individual should be flexible and willing to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:* Primary support to Sr. Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to ensure timely execution of social media initiatives and programs across multiple brands.* Assist in the strategy, implementation and continual development of the daily and long term needs of social media strategy.* Develop digital content for various social media platforms and manage influencer partnerships and creators.* Establish ongoing processes to elicit, test and implement new digital initiatives.* In-house photography and videography: set up, take and edit photography/videos* Maintain awareness of digital marketing programs executed by local competitors.* Manage content for multiple brands.

QUALIFICATIONS (Please indicate if required or preferred):*

Education:o Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications; experience may be substituted for part of preferred educational qualifications as appropriate.

Experience:o 2 years of related experience preferred, but not required.

Skills/Competencies/Certifications:o Ability to work well within a fast-paced creative environment, requiredo Must possess copywriting and photo/video skillso Demonstrated problem-solving/analytical skillso Ability to manage professional relationships and address problems/issues as they arise in a professional and productive mannero Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests, requiredo Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to learn, and a self-starter able to deal with abstract and non-routine issues
