WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Librarian position supports the College's mission and goals by developing, coordinating, providing, and reporting appropriate library services and resources to ensure students, faculty, and staff are able to effectively fulfill their educational, research and information needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Master's degree in library science/studies or information science or a master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of Library Science or Information Science.

The preferred candidate will have two (2) years of academic library experience to include reference work and library instruction; ability to assist students, faculty, and staff with print and non-print materials including online resources and databases; in-depth knowledge and experience teaching information literacy.
