Title- Team Lead- Flexographic Printing
Job summary: Shamrock Labels is seeking a full-time experienced Printing Press Team Lead (Flexographic) for our O'Fallon, Missouri location.
3rd Shift Available
Job Functions:
* Supervise and direct the activities of shift team members.* Provide training and support to team members as needed.* Maintain a productive work environment, engaging the employees and work teams, providing resources, setting priorities and monitoring progress* Setup, operate, monitor, and maintain printing press* Monitor the quality of printed materials, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to address any defects or inconsistencies.* Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, conducting regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment.* Communicate with all levels of the organization on key issues* Achieve standards for output, waste, and quality inspection as necessary* Accurately complete documents at press, quality inspection signoffs on order* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in flexographic printing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting flexographic printing presses, understanding of pre-press and post-press processes.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able and willing to train on 1st or 2nd shift.
SCHEDULE
8-hour shift + overtime
1st Shift- Mon-Fri 7:00- 2:30pm
2nd Shift -Mon-Fri | 2:00 - 10:30pm
3rd Shift - Sun-Thur | 10:00pm - 6:00am
Immediate PTO accrual - no waiting period on usage
