Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Coordinator to join our team. The Social Coordinator will be responsible for the organization and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive traffic to our stores and website. This role will be responsible for supporting all activities related to the management of all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and lifestyle. This role will require the individual to be flexible and open-minded in the constantly evolving landscape of social media and being a team player with a positive attitude!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive engagement across all social platforms.Work alongside the Manager to create and curate engaging content including photos, videos, and captions that resonate with our target audience. Present new creative content themes and product features.Monitor social media channels daily for trends, news, and feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing plans and initiatives. Support store events via attendance and real-time content capture for social promotion.Analyze social media metrics and insights to track campaign performance, optimize content, and report on KPIs across organic and influencer content on a weekly and monthly basis.Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to recommend innovative strategies.Coordinate influencer partnerships and manage relationships to amplify brand reach and engagement. Including but not limited to influencer outreach, managing gifting, and creating and distributing UTM links prior to influencer campaign launches.Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualification & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.2+ years of experience working in a social media role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Passion for social media, fashion, lifestyle, and staying ahead of industry trends.Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentation purposes.
