.Position Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with residential customers- Provide in-home consultations and educate customers on flooring options- Close sales and achieve sales targets- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledgePosition
Essential Job Functions:- 2-5 years of experience in residential flooring sales- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent customer service skills- Detail-oriented and organized
Position Skills:- Sales experience in residential flooring- Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation processes- Customer-focused and results-driven- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:- Competitive salary: 70-90k first year- Full benefits package
