St. Charles County Government Election Authority is offering four paid internship opportunities to obtain experience in Election Management.

Internships will be 10-25 hours per week during the fall semester/presidential election period. Approximate dates will be from 8/19/2024 - 12/6/2024.

OVERVIEW:

* Gain firsthand experience in Election Management* Gain working knowledge of warehouse management election logistics* Learn voter registration, address library, and absentee voting systems* Learn basic Election Authority office procedures* Participate in special projects and assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

* Pursuing an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree* Taking courses in Political Science or related field of study* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Detail-oriented* Demonstrate ability to follow instructions
