Graphic Designer - Cosmetic Social/Digital/Photoshoots

As a Graphic Designer at It Cosmetics you are a hands-on collaborator, crafting and evolving our brand as we push to elevate our brand across all channels. With your keen eye for aesthetics and design you will contribute to the visual development of the brand. This position will sit within the Cosmetic's global creative team, collaborating with Designers, Art Directors and creative leads on new product campaign launches and ad hoc Brand + Digital/Social projects. This role is meant for an entrepreneurial spirited, creative collaborator, with excellent design skill and elevated taste level.

You will focus on delivering assets from concept-to-creation for our product launches and activations, across key consumer touch-points with a focus on digital + social deliverables. You will work in an agile environment, from creating mood boards and building out detailed photoshoot lists, through designing comps, design layouts, all the way to final asset QC and delivery of elevated assets. Working in a collaborative team environment you will provide on set support during photo and video shoots, including pre-production, production and postproduction. This means you will play a key role in defining and enforcing our brand's photography styles, props, lighting as well as handling of all post-production retouching and final compositions and layouts.

Additional projects will include ad hoc requests within digital/social/branding.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with project leads on a daily basis regarding current projects- Partner with our creative operations and management team to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality- Assist with photoshoot needs from pre-production shot list development, comps, on set support, through retouching rounds and final photography delivery- Own digital layouts from start to finish, through rounds of feedback from internal and cross-functional partners- Maintain our brand DNA within everything you do while pushing it forward- Communicate with cross-functional departments including product development and marketing as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:- Team player, excels at collaborating and with a positive attitude Excellent communications skills: we are a small team that works closely together through development and feedback to ensure alignment internally and with all cross-functional partners- Excellent design and layout skills Photography experience, ideal candidate has experience in pre and post-production including shot list development and retouching notes- Targeting 5 years of relevant experience, experience in luxury a plus- Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint, + nice to have Figma and After Effects experience- Self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt quickly to change- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related field preferred but not required
