Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers in the development of design plans and specifications for waste water treatment facilitiesCollaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are metOversee project budget and monitor project expensesConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design plans are being followed and work is being completed according to specificationsProvide technical expertise and guidance to team members during the design and construction processCommunicate project updates and progress to stakeholdersIdentify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesManage project documentation and ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Data center buildsStrong understanding of MEP systems and waste water treatment processesExcellent project management skills, including budget management and schedulingAbility to lead and manage a team effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with AutoCAD and other design softwarePMP certification is a plus
