About the role:
As a Videographer for TQL you will develop and create world-class videos for internal pride, social media, employee recruiting and other company initiatives. The videos you create will be the visual voice of TQL, our brand and award-winning culture.

What you'll be doing:
* Produce and edit all elements of video creation including idea generation, competitive patterning, storyboarding, location and talent scouting, filming, re-shooting, editing and animation* Research and develop new production and editing techniques to ensure our videos have a modern and original feel* Organize and maintain TQL's video archive* Collaborate with Marketing Team to manage, evolve and analyze company channels including YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok* Create a breadth of video forms including b-roll, long-form narrative, highlight reels, livestream, business and brand videos* Generate original, brand-right ideas while being hungry and collaborative for feedback* Manage multiple and diverse projects at once, working within tight deadlines
What you need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required* 2+ of relevant video production and editing experience, along with a portfolio of work* Expert at using professional video, audio, and lighting equipment* Expert as using video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Lightroom and Photoshop* Experience in AfterEffects and a drone license is a plus* Flexible, willing to work outside of normal business hours when necessary and function as a contributing team member on activities and tasks that fall outside of your key responsibilities
