The
Graphic Designer
will design and implement, from start to finish, product packaging, advertisements, catalog flyers, marketing/sales materials, online campaigns and other creative materials needed by QEP and its subsidiaries for use in internal and external marketing initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:Partner with the company's marketing managers, product managers, other creative service team members to translate concepts and information into finished designs utilizing established visual standards to ensure brand consistencyConceptualize, edit and produce art files for packaging, catalogs, displays, print and digital marketing campaigns, tradeshow graphics, banners, logo designs, presentations and product user manualsAssist in all phases of the creation process, from gathering files to final deliveryManage project assignments, communicate progress and expectations, facilitate meetings and ensure timely delivery with stakeholdersVideography and Post-production Video Work

To join our team, you will possess these qualities:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field5+ year's recent experience in the design fieldProficient with Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)Proficient with graphic file formats and their applications, plus comprehensive knowledge of printing processesProficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Salsify, Premier Pro, After Effects, and ASANAExperience in Videography, Photography and 3D IllustrationVideo and Photo post-production skillsCollaborative team player, self-motivated yet willing to take direction and work cross-functionally with business partners in sales, product development and marketingStrong attention to detail, excellent writing, editing and proof reading skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to meet strict deadlines, multi-task and be innovative and proactive in a fast-paced environment
